Maintenance and after-sales service are the responsibility of Koelcom's efficient after-sales service team. This includes all competences that are required to service your I&C and electrical technology or to perform repairs after a failure. We offer special services to help you through any statutory tests and inspections and keep your documentation in line with laws and regulations.
Our after-sales service team can analyse faults in the automation technology and restore the plant's original state. For any tasks beyond this scope, such as maintenance of process control technology, IT infrastructure or the update service, the team will include the Koelcom's specialists who, as the actual designers and builders, are familiar with your specific plant. We are also happy to carry out maintenance and after-sales services even if we are not the original builder of your plant.
